The new year is here and it’s time to get your juicing machines out because we are on a mission to get back on track with some healthy nutritious juices that we want to share with you all. This week is juice week and we have 3 simple and tasty recipes for you to try starting with our Orange Surprise juice. So let’s set some goals and organise your week with us.

2 medium carrots
Directions: (Makes 1 1/2 cups)
1. Prepare all the above ingredients by washing each one then cut into small pieces to allow them to fit in your juicing machine.
2. Juice and drink away!
Orange foods are high in beta-carotene and support the immune system, they also help prevent cancer, heart disease and infections.
